Tour date amendments. we understand that your travel plans may change. Therefore all our treks and start dates are changeable. You must notify us in writing of any desired start date or trek changes prior to the start date of your trek. Your request for a start date or trek change will be subject to the availability of your desired trek or start date. You can also move your trek to open dated.

If you wish to change your trek or date more than 30 days prior to the start date of your original trek, the change will be free of charge.

If you wish to change your trek or date within 30 days from the start date of the original confirmed Tour, a minimum administrative fee of $200 will apply for the reasonable costs incurred by us for the change.

If the trek you change to is of less value than your original booking, the balance of extra monies paid will remain as credit to be used against any future trek.

Privacy and Security Policy. Trek Ningaloo is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any personal information we collect about you is kept strictly secure and only used to identify your needs to help Trek Ningaloo make your trek an enjoyable experience. Your personal information is not used for any other purpose and is not sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Health & Fitness. It is expected that you will have a good general level of health, fitness, and agility and be able to carry a pack weighing between 12-15 kg.  Daytime temperatures can reach as high as 30°C, and afternoon trekking can be challenging. Time spent on the trail can vary between 6 and 8 hours per day; however, an eight-hour day will see you physically walking with your pack on for about half of that, with the rest of the time spent resting, swimming, or snorkelling and enjoying the view.

All participants must fill out a Medical History form and bring a copy with them on the day of their trek. If required or you are over 60, please also have the Medical Clearance form signed and emailed back to us before the start of your trek.

Should you withdraw from the trek for any reason whilst in progress, you will be responsible for all transport, medical, accommodation, food, and other expenses. It is vitally important that your travel insurance be current and up to date.

Trek Ningaloo may at its discretion remove a trekker from the tour should their conduct possibly compromise the health and safety of either themselves or the other members of the trek, or whether Trek Ningaloo considers the trekker physically unable to complete the trek safely. This would again be at the trekkers own expense.

Payments.  We accept payment via our online booking system or over the phone. We accept credit or debit card.  If other forms of payment are requested please call us to arrange an alternative method.
